Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, the following cannot be returned:
Items ordered in the wrong size
Personalized or custom-printed pieces, unless they arrive with a defect
We issue refunds for the following situations:
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors
Items that are materially different from the description or photos
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been issued.

Email support@remindersofgood.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing any defect or damage (if applicable)
2. Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you step-by-step return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the error is on our end.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10 business days after approval:
